Mr. Weiss concentrates his practice on first and third-party liability coverage questions, commercial litigation, products liability, construction litigation, and insurance defense.
Prior to joining Fisher Kanaris, Mr. Weiss concentrated his practice on intra-state and inter-state transit litigation, and property subrogation. During law school, Mr. Weiss served as a Staff-Editor on the Annals of Health Law Journal and a research assistant for Professor James T. Gathii. He worked with the Advanced Health Justice Project, which is a medical-legal partnership between Loyola University Chicago School of Law and Erie Family Health Center, as an Illinois Supreme Court Rule 711 licensed student clinician. Mr. Weiss earned certificates in Advocacy, Health Law, and International Law from Loyola.
Mr. Weiss is an active member of the Chicago Bar Association.
