Christina McClernon focuses her practice on commercial litigation, products liability, construction litigation, professional negligence, and public transparency.
Prior to joining Kanaris, Stubenvoll & Heiss, Christina served as an associate general counsel in the Office of Governor Bruce Rauner. In January 2018, the Governor appointed Christina to serve as the first Chief Ethics Officer of the State of Illinois. Christina has wide-ranging experience in internal and external investigations, sexual harassment, labor and employment matters, administrative law, and litigating and defending Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.
